Prior to joining the industry I worked in catering and also as a Driving Instructor. I joined the funeral industry 14 years ago with a chance of a job opportunity that could develop into a career. I started my journey as a Funeral Service Operative and then progressed into Funeral Directing. I have a great wealth of knowledge to help all our client to arrange and conduct the funeral service they would like for their loved one.
I am here to listen to our customers and understand their needs to support and guide them making informed choices. I have lived in the area all my life, so have a great knowledge and understanding of the local community. My main motivation at work is to help and support the bereaved in their time of need.

I have been involved in the funeral industry for over 15 years. I started my career with a family firm, but moved into the T F Morritt Group in 2023 after moving locations. I am very experienced and hold a foundation certificate in funeral directoring. I love my role looking after families in their time of need, guiding and supporting them, delivering excellent client service with the support of my fellow T F Morritt team.

I have worked in the funeral industry for over 35 years. I first started my career in administration with a local family firm and soon found my vocation. My passion and dedication for my career has always inspired me to learn more, obtaining my Diploma in Funeral Directing in 1989. I have undertaken many roles within the business and with these skills developed a wealth of knowledge. I am very proud to look after the T F Morritt Funeral Homes as a Business Leader and support my dedicated team in delivering excellent client service with expertise, compassion and commitment. It is always an honour and a privilege to be trusted to care for your loved one and to guide you through a very difficult time in your life.

I have been in the funeral industry for over 30 years, joining T F Morritt in 2005. I previously worked for Coop Funeral Care and obtained my BTEC in Funeral Directing. I am a very experienced funeral director with a wealth of knowledge to help and support our clients in arranging and conducting the funeral. I have lived in Castleford since I was 15 years old, so know the area and surrounding area very well. Through my work, I strive to exceed clients expectations and feel very proud that you have chosen to come to one of our funeral homes.
